The Lacor mandolin slicers cut in julienne in 3mm and 9mm widths. Cutting into either smooth or wavy slices with adjustable cutting thickness between 3mm, 6mm and 9mm. They come in an individual briefcase for transport and protection. They have a non-slip base and finger guard for protection.
