These 1/3 G/N drainer plates are designed to drain food in a 1/3 airtight container. Put the drainer plate at the bottom of the airtight container and put food on top for the juices to go through the drain holes in the plate. Constructed from strong Polycarbonate cand take temperatures from-40c to +100c degrees and are dishwasher safe.
